Andrew Hill (born 11 June 1980) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with Collingwood in the Australian Football League (AFL).

Mullins is a Tasmanian, who played for the Mariners in the TAC Cup. He wasn't selected in the national draft but was rookie listed by Carlton, where he remained for two years.[1] A key position player, he impressed enough in his outings with the Carlton aligned Northern Bullants that he was signed by Collingwood.[2] He played his first and only AFL game at the Melbourne Cricket Ground against the Brisbane Lions and had seven disposals.[3]
